Westly was awesome! They waited until I arrived and provided excellent service!Wesley the technician was fast and professional. He jumped right into action and got to the bottom of the problem. Unfortunately the diagnosis didn’t go in our favor, but he was honest and made good recommendations.Very respectful. Communication was great. Had the parts to fix my refrigerator, got it done in less than an hour, and on a weekend. Very happy and would use them again.Anton from ProStar was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher very quickly. I also appreciated that he used an original manufacturer part rather than an aftermarket replacement. Excellent service from start to finish! Was impressed with the quick response to a refrigerator technician service. Excellent communication on a Saturday call. Alexander kept in contact with me when he was delayed in traffic accident. Analyzed my frig issue and advised me of what to do if the issue resurfaced. I had called two other places in San Antonio will zero communication. Although no further action was necessary, I have full confidence in this company. Again thank you ALexander.Matthew did a fine job. He knows his business and represented Prostar very well by repairing my refrigerator. My appreciation!Dan was very good and knowledgeable. He finished his work in a reasonable time. He cleaned all and put everything back. I highly recommend them.Great service provided by Dan. He kept me up to date with what was wrong with our Samsung washer, got the part, and completed the repair in a timely manner. It's getting harder to find good quality help these days but Dan at Prostar appliance repair was top notch.Called to have our older washer dial fixed. Alex was prompt, right on time. Went straight to work and had it fixed within an hour. Works great now. He was professional and friendly. I would recommend highly. They do offer a veteran discount. It was great to have such professional and respectful help.I've always been a hands-on kinda guy with things around the house. Now that I'm in my late 60's with a bad back and knees, I've found some repairs beyond my ability and must humble myself and call for help. Trouble is - you never know who to trust. So, said a prayer and asked the Lord to guide me. I was lead to Prostar Appliance Repair. I got same day repair with Aleksander. I am amazed with how polite, courteous and professional he was. Simply amazing work.To start I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a service call the same day i called to inquire about getting an appointment scheduled. The technician arrived on schedule and was very polite and professional. Matthew was extremely professional and got to work to figure out what my issue was. After diagnosing the issue he shared what he could and couldn't do and made sure to give me all my options. On the end he wasn't able to fix my item but I would gladly call Prostar back to have them service other appliances that acted up.Quick response to my call, Anton came out the following morning to look at my fridge. He fixed the problem in under an hour and I appreciate that he gave me an idea of the possible issues and a best and worst case cost before starting the repair. Will definitely call them again the next time I need a repair.Excellent service at a fair price. He was timely and very professional. After evaluating the problem he explained the repairs that were needed and showed me the worn parts. I will definitely use ProStar for any appliance repairs.I called ProStar on Thursday afternoon and they had a technician out Friday morning to install my dryer. Shawn showed up promptly at 11:00 and was done in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and efficient. Very nice to my puppy. They then ordered the parts are came back out to replace one the parts were in. Very easy, and they waived the service call charge because of the repair.I called for a washing machine repair. They got me scheduled in the same day, ordered the part I needed and were back to install it in a few days. Wesley was a great technician. Polite and fast. The washer vibration was eliminated. It's like a new machine was purchased! If you have appliances that need repair, call Prostar!Mr Thomas and Mr Nicholas both showed up and they were so kind and polite . After diagnosing my problem they said no charge no fix needed and call back next year. I'll always use Prostar. This was my 2nd time having them help me. What honest kind gentleman.
